Return & Exchange Policy:
If you are buying a particular product for the first time please buy individual units initially (especially baby formula) and other products sold by the case before placing orders for large quantities.
GreenBabyZone.com will be happy to return or exchange any items that are in the original packaging, with packaging in good condition. Shipping on returns will be at the cost of the customer unless the item arrived to the customer damaged. GreenBabyZone.com believes it sells the best green & organic products available and we thrive by offering exceptional customer service.
Due to the nature of a number of the items we sell, we cannot provide refunds on items that are not reusable such as baby bottles, nipples, water bottles and sippy cups. If you are not satisfied with a product, we recommend contacting the product company directly.
Organic Baby Formula:
GreenbabyZone.com will happily exchange formula or refund money (less shipping costs and other associated fees) for cases of formula that are returned in the original package within 30 days of purchase. We can only accept cases of formula returned in the manufacturing company’s case box. Please be sure to pack your return shipment well, as we can only give credit for items returned in perfect condition; the individual formula cans must not be dented or damaged in any way, and the can labels cannot be torn or damaged. Unfortunately GreenbabyZone.com does not accept returns of individual cans of formula.
Gripe Water, DHA & ARA Supplements, Probiotic, Electrolyte, etc.:
GreenBabyZone.com will refund money (less shipping costs and other associated fees) for unopened boxes and bottles of product received within 30 days of purchase. Opened or damaged boxes or bottles will not be accepted.
Diapers, Wipes, and other Baby Care Products:
GreenBabyZone.com will exchange sizes or refund money (less shipping costs and other associated fees) for items that are returned in the original CASE package within 30 days of purchase. Used items will not be accepted. All defective products must be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Refunds or exchanges will not be given for defective or damaged items caused by accident, negligence, or improper care.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges associated with returns or exchanges. This includes items that were initially sent as "Free Shipping" or "Shipping Included." Customers exchanging products will be charged actual shipping costs for reshipment.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Returns and Exchanges:
GreenBabyZone.com will not be held responsible for return items that are lost, delayed, or damaged. Please purchase insurance and delivery confirmations for all returns. Note: All packages sent via UPS or FedEx are traceable and automatically insured for $100. Items sent via the U.S. Postal Service are not traceable and are not automatically insured.
Shipment Refusal:
Customers who refuse to accept delivery of an order will be held responsible for all associated shipping, handling, and credit card processing fees.
